Description:
I am looking for a small application in VB that will allow me to extract specific content from a series of webpages and introduce it in predefined columns in an Access database.
I should be able to launch the vb app by pressing a button and it'll connect to the website and extract the info.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Take my regards. I'm interested in doing that. And I think it won't be too tough.
As always, I'm attaching a demo for you. But, this time the demo is not concerned with your bid as there's not much information. This is my personal program concerning the idea of your project (e.g. go to specific web page and extract data and put them in access database).
The program is self-explanatory. It downloads the latest 10 bids from RAC. If a new bid is posted, it alerts me. Only the Check Now and Exit button works.
So, I think we can make another deal.
