Description:
I created some brochures for my company. Currently they are in MS Word which I turned into PDF so that they can easily be downloaded from the internet.
I am not happy with my brochures. The look is not professional, the text is not professional, the graphics are not professional, etc. One downloading the PDF version the logo loads extremely slow and so on.
I would like to have somebody that takes my brochures and turns them into professional looking ones. Brochures that work online as well as on paper.
Basically each brochure should be a 1 pager that contains all the information to catch the eye.
This project is for 2 brochures and if I like the result we can talk about the other brochures too.
I attached two brochures but you pick only one to work with.
Deliverables:
1) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
2) take existing brochure and turn it into a 1 pager
3) Turn into PDF which downloads fast and where the graphics still look good
4) Size should be A4
5) Make some kind of template or style so that the other brochures can be made in the same style in the future.
6) You can use MS Word, Publisher or suggest to use another package
7) You can use existing graphics or find new ones

I downloaded your zip file and took a look of your brochure. Your logo has some problems (it's broken). In which software did you creat this logo? I can't work on this brochure unless I have a complete file of the logo. Are you asking all the bidders to work on it before you choose one bidder?
