Description:
This is a very simple navigation system with one “Main Menu” top
navigation
layer and one “Submenu” layer. The requirements are:
- Code snippets of your work, indicating how you code, efficiency etc…
any script will do.
- That this MUST be 100% compatible with IE 5+ and Netscape Communicator 4+.
- I will also need cleanly commented codes that allow me to add and edit categories
in the Main Menu and Submenu.
- I WILL NOT ACCEPT pre-configured scripts that you can edit and send me.
- I need the Main Heading to be images that mouse over to another images and
editable text in the Sub Menus.
The site will look very similar to this menu: http://www.proacttechnologies.com.
I need this to be much faster in terms of load time. Unlike the one currently
made
by those guys… it should be more like this: http://www.authoria.com/authoriasite/

Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
DHTML/JS, any other creative means you might have to make the scipt above work great.! very open to new scripting languages and practices.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
