Type of executable - One of the following two options. A. As a standard console application ( .exe ) without GUI. Invoked from the Windows command shell ( DOS-prompt ) or from a script file ( .bat ). B. As a Windows dll exporting a callable function. Interface - 3 arguments that specifies, 1. The name of the existing dialup connection. 2. The new local phone number to attach to the dialup connection. 3. The new area code to attach to the dialup connection.
All other properties of the dialup connection will be preserved. To also preserve the current area code omit the 3rd argument ( .exe option ) or send an empty string ( .dll option ).
