Description:
I've got an Access 2000 db that has a field in it called ChartID. This field was previously set up as a Number data type.
I want to change it through VB code to be a text data using code something like this:
.Fields.Edit.EditField("ChartID", dbText, 30) 'these commands aren't right. This is the sort of command I'm trying to figure out... .Fields("ChartID").Required = False .Fields("ChartID").AllowZeroLength = True
Is there anyway to do this??
Thanks for the free advice!
