p/w protection and email list manager

Description:
In need password protection on part of my website. The password will change every month randomly. I also require an email list manager installed on my webhost where my email lists can be notified of the change of p/w. I must be able to send/ (individuals or groups)add/delete/group
and it must handle up to 200,000 emails. I have to be able to send attachments. Open source software is fine if there is one that is capable of this. I am open to suggestions.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I have two types of mailing list managers
1. Using ASP with Access/SQL Server
2. Using VB with txt files / Access database /Remote SQL Server
Both need a relay [SMTP] server to send mails.
Let me know what exactly are your requirements. |
