I have previously also developed big similar projects, where members could register and then earn credits on site, to finally use their credits in auctions as cash substitte etc. I can also developed for you a small software, which can be downloaded by your users, so that they can view banners on Windows, even when they are NOT online. the credits will be updated in the database, the next time they go online!
