Besides a picture and a pdf file, attached below is a collection of 8 webpages that I assembled using MS Front Page 2000. I used the "Banner and Contents" option, so 2 of these 8 are banner and contents section. The remaining 6 web pages are what constitute the possibilities of the "main" frame. Right now, clicking on a hyperlink in the contents section changes the "main" frame, and the links in the banner change the contents section. All I need is the links in the contents section to open up into new windows, and I need the links in the banner section to be the ones that change the "main" frame. That's it. Nothing fancy, just straight up HTML. I believe this may be a very simple job. My request is that whoever wins this bid give me an extra 15 minutes of his/her time in case I have minor tweaks to request of him/her. And surely whoever completes this job will be the first person I go to if I need very simple extra help. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
