We are looking for the same functionality, a top bar with onclick links that open a submenu.

Also a system for the newsclippings. If you click the image in front of the article title. The clipping count is updated and a new entry is added to the clippings dropdown.Also being able to delete an item that is read.

We first define the bar and the blocks for eac dropdown. iff clipping is added it should be added to the defined block with inner html

Shoudl work with cookie system that recognizes if the user has been there before so it i have 5 clippings and go back a day later it should be recognized.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
