Description:
Project consists of opening tiff files and indexing (nameing)based on reading the image and importing the name. This is not a software development project. It is "renaming" 10,000 douments by downloading the image, reading the image (English is an absolute must here) and renameing the file. The attached files are cpc format. That is a highly compressed version of tiff. You will require the free download viewer found here http://www.cartesianinc.com/Products/CPCLite/.
You can then open the files and evaluate the naming convention.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
