Description:
I need a small client side script in either vb script of java script. Which ever one is less likely to have browser compatibility problems.
Basically I have a form with a submit button. It has two hidden fields. One hidden field is a unique id to my site and will never change, the other hidden field is specific to a product. I want to have a drop down combo box with up to 5 choices (could be 2, 3, 4, or 5) and based on the users selection of that box, the product specific hidden field is determined and submitted when the user clicks the submit button.
For example, the code would look like this:

Here is what I need to occur:
If the user selection "Option 1" for the "Selection" in the popup/combo box then the item_id field would be "A"
If the user selection "Option 2" for the "Selection" in the popup/combo box then the item_id field would be "B"
If the user selection "Option 3" for the "Selection" in the popup/combo box then the item_id field would be "C"

I would need the script to handle from 2 to 5 choices.

Please ignore the refreshing after each button click - it wont happen when a form is submitted via a server side script.
