Description:
We need agood graphics person to do us five different headers (main images) for a site so we can alternate the headers from time to time.
A sample of the current site header can be seen in the attached files (html, .gifs). The five different headers must be extended to fully occupy the cell of the ined page the main_image.gif is situated.
Please see the index page in the file attachments, and you will see the header (main_image.gif) does not fully occupy the cell. So the size (width) of the new headers must be altered to make sure it fits perfectly into the cell.
The headers must be designed with a banking and financial institution background as the sample provided.
However, no identifying name needs to be added to it.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Specimen of work must be provided for viewing and approval during course of work to ensure suitability to our needs.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
