I've read that this is possible using a res:// protocal. My problem is that I don't know any programming, so I can't figure out any of the explanations. Basically I want to know if it would be possible to write a program that would let me select a large number of html related files (html, img files, css, js, etc.), and compile them into a dll. Also, I would like the program to add the "res://..." to the beginning of each file reference, so I can develop it without needing to constantly recompile for testing. It is possible and I don't think you are crazy. :) I myself have this idea before as I need some easy way for me to modify the dialog box pops up in one of my program. Now it seems like time to realize it. I would expect you don't want to run thru VC++ or any kind of development kit. That's why I'm going to prepare you a windows program that lets you select what ever files that you would like to 'archive' into the DLL. Press make and you will get a DLL with all files inside.
