Description:
PART 1 -
I need a very small website designed for a new product that we are launching (An IE popup blocker). I would like to have pages for the following (not in this order - that is up to you):
1) Main Page - Intro to product and basic sales pitch. The main page should also have a way to enter the users email address to be added to our mailing list.
2) FAQ - Page to put frequently asked questions
3) Purchase - GO here to buy the software (explain money back program, how to buy, link to purchase, etc)
4) Download - Where to download the program, look for patches, etc. Same mailing list option here. They do not HAVE to enter the email to download, but it should be encouraged.
5) Test the popup killer - A page to go to test the popup program

(Don't laugh). This was made by me (a programmer, not an artist).
PART 2 -
I would also like to have a simple 1 page online help file made for the program as well. It consists of about 10 different functions and only 1 screen. Simple screen grab and documenting what each function does will probably suffice.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation instructions.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Server is an IIS machine. Access database please.
Platform:
Windows 2000 Server IIS - Access as a database please
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Windows 2000 Server and an Access database.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I am interested in your project. I can complete it very quickly and easily.
Your requests are simple and should not cost you very much to complete.
Since your page uses checkout through PayPal, that makes it even more simple.
I didn't see anything that absolutely demands use of a database, so please let me know if I am missing something.
