Description:
What I need done is a program where I can add members to. The program will need to expire their accounts with the specified date. All it needs to have is their email address and when their account expires. What I want this for is so the program emails out software updates to them while they have a valid membership. The program should be easy to use and work without glitches. It should be able to support over 300 members.
It should also allow easy member additions with expire dates.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend a bid for the project you have listed. In the past few years I have actually coded a number of similar applications, so I have taken a few moments to generate a sample application as a Demo for you, which I have attached.
The demo will allow you to easily add Member's e-mail and Expiry Date.
You also have the ability to send an e-mail, with attachment (if desired) to all members which have an Active membership. The application can handle as many members as you need to add to the database.
The application was written in Delphi 6, using a Microsoft Access database.
This demo will allow you to add as many members as you like, but will only send the e-mail to the first 10 active members.
The final version which I would provide to you by Feb 15th, would send the e-mail to all of the active members, and would also save the Server name, and From Address so you do not need to re-enter them each time you send an e-mail.
To install this demo, simply extact the two files contained in the ZIP file to a Folder, and run the executable application.
