Description:
I need a small program that uses the repetition structure.
RM Sales wants an application that the sales manager can use to calculate a salesperson's bonus.
1. Center the form
2. Code the Calculate button so that it allows the user to enter as many sales amounts as needed by the user using the InputBox function.
3. The Calculate button should display the total sales in the lblTotal control. It should also display a 10% bonus in the lblBonus control.
4. Code the Exit button so that it unloads the form.
5. Code the form's Unload event so that it asks the user if he/she wants to exit.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
