Link Management Program (LMP)
PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED FILE FOR FULL DETIALS
The objective of the LMP database is to provide a means to manage the status (working, not found, busy, error etc..) of links which are used in several websites which I have responsibility for. The LMP database will generate a single web page of all the links for each web site in the database. This single web page will then be checked by a third party service to determin link status. The links on the web pages will be constructed in such a manner that the *link text* will act as a code, pointing to the site, page, and link position on that page so that if a link needs to be investigated or replaced it is easily found both at the actual site-- and in the database. The link will either be updated or replaced in the database and then updated or replaced on the actual webpage.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I'm still interested in doing this project for you and I'm confident I can complete this job within the time specified.
I've worked with you before and I know you know my abilities, in the previous job I failed to make a GUI for the job, however, I'll be sure to do so this time. I feel I may have andvantage over other bidders because I understand this project better, sincee I knew about it earlier, and I'm willing to keep you updated daily. I'm very accessable during the day and I work realy fast. Although I work fast i don't rush my work, as my speed comes from the fact that I have almost all perl commands and their syntax memorized(from frequent use), and the time saved from refering to tutorials, books or manuals would be passed on directly to you.
I would love to start work on this project, and I find the details to be very clear this time. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to ask/make them.
