I would like the changing of a certain value in a cell in the Excel 2000 page to trigger an e-mail being sent to someone from Excel (no human intervention, although I can have a configured mail client open and running on the same system if necessary I would prefer to have as little as possible running). Ideally this e-mail will contain custom information from the Excel sheet (i.e. data in the form of text from another one of the cells). I am willing to put the pieces together, but I have no idea how to create the code or put it into Excel. Deliverables: As simple, fully debugged, working dummy with good instructions in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
