Description:
I want a site designed with a nice database and such for eGold lottery.
For example, usually people would pay $5-10 to enter a normal lottery.\
Egold lottery is different.
People pay using their money from their egold accounts.
Then if they match 3numbers or 4 numbers of 5 numbers they win a certain amount.
If no matches then they dont get anything back.
Each game will cost $1 Egold to play every week.
Basically a site like www.freelotto.com
Except people pay with eGold (www.egold.com)
When they enter they pay into my eGold account.
If they win, I send them the prize, eg. $10 egold etc.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Dates can be negotiates
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
