I need vb subroutines that will convert html to text.
Must be done in VB - with example.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Take my regards. I've analyzed your project and understood what you wanted. I've prepared a demo for you so that you can check if I can fulfill your requirements.
The demo supports many features but it can be still improved. In the final release, I'll give you a full-HTML supported function which will support all HTML tags.
One more note, I could do the job for $75 ! But, RAC did not let me bid an amount below 100 !
I hope that I'll be able to do the job within a day or few more hours.
