Description:
I'm looking to create a custom JAVA or FLASH based hangman game.

(see screen shots in other files for more details)

The theme of the game is an automotive assembly plant

A word or phrase would be presented along with a hint

a stoplight (red, yellow, green) would act as a score board (Red = counts incorrect guesses, green = counts correct guesses, yellow = how many wrong guesses you get before the game ends 8? 10? maybe it's based on how many unique letters there are in the puzzle?)

The idea is that when you correctly guessed a letter of a word or phrase you would get to add a piece to a car that was being built. If you correctly guessed the word or phrase the car would be finished and drive off the assembly line. If you guessed a letter incorrectly, you would get a honking horn and a red light would light up (perhaps there are 8-10 lights)

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
the game files will be both on unix server and nt servers

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 18, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Hi,

I could write this game for you in java. Java is just like flash, it runs in a web browser and has all the functions of flash. Check out some of the games I've written at www.xdebugx.net/applets.html

After taking a closer look at all your requirements, I am sure I can do just what you ask. The layout you made in the .bmp file looks good; would you want me to use that (or make one similar)? Though the stop light could be a little more jazzy. Would you like to use more than one car. Also I was thinking when the user got a correct guess we could make a little animation of the piece of car going on with a robotic arm or something and welding sparks maybe.

Regards,

Jeremiah McLeod
