Description:
for our e-commerce site:
- store a cookie when visitor comes the first time (date, refer).
- update cookie when visitor comes again (date, refer), but still keep the old values.
- if the visitor finished buying, write the buying data (given by our php-script) and the cookie data to a file.
Thats it
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello Banner, for only $12 the work is yours, since this is a very easy work.
I can provide you the code in PHP or even Javascript, and achieve all the requierements that you need, and also include the code to save the cookie values in a flat text file.
I can finish the work in a few minutes (from 20 to 50 minutes) after I notice my bid is accepted, it would be great to work for you on this little but interesting project.
