Description:
I need professional redesign for my webpages at:
www.teampowercash.com
The purpose of the design is to maximize conversion ratio. I receive a good amount of traffic, but with low sales conversion ratio (sales/traffic).
I expect bidding ONLY from those who have done tested and proven design layouts that "sell".
The designer should have the capability to combine art and visitor capture/selling techniques.
He should work closer to me on this.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Just received your broadcasted message.
Here are the answers to your questions:
1. We assure you a crisp, eye catching, professional and eleganr design. I had sent you a sample. Please let me know if you liked it. If not i have few other which I can send you.
2. We will optimise all the images and reduce the image size so that the page loads fast even with 28.8 kbps modem. Also we will optimise the pages in other respect like use text links at the bottom of the page etc.
3. Yes we will use high quaity graphics. We have a large databse of images which we can use for your site. of course they are not copyright images.<br<
4. We wont use any flash.
5.Yes you will be able to edit the pages using Frontpage and also Dreamweaver.
6. We have database expertise and parsing data wont be a problem..its an easy job.
