Description:
The website http://www.privatebanking.info needs portions of its administrator's panel to be re-done.
We need the ability to Add/Edit/Delete geographic locations. As you can see cities are grouped into countries and countries into geographic regions.
Each of those entities is represented in a SQL table.
Hierarchical dependencies are maintained through another table (many to many relationship). Before administrator can edit information on location he needs to find the location first. Due to the high number of locations (>10000) and the fact that different entities have the same names (St. Francisco in California and in Panama). You'll have to implement a selection process similar to what is done for the users. 1. Select region. 2 Select country. 3. Select province, etc.
In addition to it's name and collection of "children" every location may optionally have one or more HTML pages with detailed description of that location. Actual HTML files (as well as gifs and css files) are stored in the server's file system. All html files for the chosen location are stored in one predefined subdirectory, all resources (gif, jpg and css files) which are required by HTML page are stored in another predefined subdirectory. There is a need for administrator to be able to upload and download those files (it doesn't have to be full featured File Manager).
No HTML design required. Just working code and basic HTML.
There is more work on the site once this task is complete.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional source code of all implemented JSP pages and Java classes.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

JSP, Java 1.3, MySQL, Resin, Linux
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 15, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
2 weeks should be enough to complete the task. However the sooner the better.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
