Description:
I am needing to be able to store data with ASP to
my server in text form.
It will have to be searchable, and secure with usernames and passwords.
I will need to CREATE/LIST/MODIFY/DELETE/VIEW records. Once again all records must be stored in a plain ASCII text format because it will be interfaced with another application.
Deliverables:
Create ASP page that will
CREATE/DELETE/LIST/VIEW/SEARCH in a plain text format on server hard drive.
PLEASE SEE EXAMPLE PICTURE
the text file format will be:
|John|Doe|123 Rose Lane|Boise, ID|39923|342-555-1212|jdoe29|$40.00|90|AZT Services Inc.|
Each record will be on a single line.
Must be able to search by
first, last name, or telephone. Will be very basic records like addresses.
Must be secure with a username and password list.
Special Conditions / Other:
Need completed within
2 weeks or sooner.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I would do this for you. However I have some questions about the secured page and in what format your username/pwd file is. I have 3 or 4 questions which I would like to ask you if you want me to do the job for you. The ASP pages I will write are going to have a good design too and I am going to give you the whole project with a documentation, where I am going to write how to work with the files.
I can do it fast for you(3 to 5 hours), but as I said before I have some questions. Please reply to my post if you want me to do it for you and then I am going to ask my questions.

Oh I forgot to say what I am goign to make for you actually! so here it is:
-)Asp interface for viewing the data in the database(text file) In this page there will be a table and all the data is shown in a table so it is easy to read
-)Asp interface for modifying/deleting/adding the records
-)Asp interface for searching throught the database(text file). With options for searching for the first and last name and also whatever you need(e.g. address or phone number or...)
-)an asp file for processing the login page(I have some questions about this)
-)Documentation where everything is described and the way the files work
-)another copy of all asp pages but with COMMENTED code
