Description:
I own a few summer rental units. I would like the ability to log in and update availability for different units. The goal is for vacationers to be able to check availability of any of the 4 unit without calling me.
The units are rented out on a week by week basis - for a few months and then rented out more long term to folks during the fall, winter, and spring months. I have seen some displays that I like.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Needs to run on windown 2k server in Asp using an access database
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
