Description:
this project uses hash table as a dictionary of strings and their interger code to compress and decompress an input file.Pseudocode description of the compress and decompress algorithm is provided
Deliverables: both program and the extension has to be fully working in the unix environmentand and written in C.the code and a detail description has to be included.
