If the internet is down I need the program to "end" (basically do nothing) -It does not matter what language the program is written in.... but I need it to be an .exe file.....PEOPLE HAVE POSTED AND SENT LOTS OF THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK ... HERE IS THE ONE THAT WORKED THE BEST... THE PERSON HAD TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN MODIFY IT SO THAT IT READS FROM AN EXECUTE.INI FILE WHICH PROGRAM TO EXECUTE "IF THERE IS AN ACTIVE CONNECTION"... IF NO ACTIVE CONNECTION "IT DOES NOTHING" AFTER THE FILE OPENS CHECKS AND DOES EITHER... IT CLOSES..(HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS PERSON TO GET BACK TO ME.. AND I GUESS THEY HAVE BEEN BUSY FOR THE LAST 10 HOURS AND I CAN NOT WAIT TOO MUCH LONGER- AFTER UNZIPPING YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE EXTENSION BACK TO .EXE TO SEE IT WORK Deliverables: ASAP (1 day if possible) Special Conditions / Other: The program has to work!
