Description:
We have a database running on an application offline and would like to update it regularly with data from another database on a website.
The offline database is MS Access and the database on the website is MySQL. Essentially, there is a table in the MySQL database which we need to get data from to update two tables in the MS Access database that is running on the application offline.
What we need is an automated way of downloading this data from the internet and using it to update the offline database.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows, Internet, MS Access, MySQL
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Testing is required to ensure that application(s) run correctly and updates are being done automatically whenever application is run
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Thank you for showing your interest and inviting us to bid in your project . This can be done no issues at all . We just need to build a coding to act as a bridge between the offline and online database and update it periodically or the intervals you mention . Kindly send us the DB structure and other information w shall ge it done .
