Description:
I have 2 list of emails of pregnant women. On the other side I have 40 different text files describing what happens during each of the 40 weeks of pregnancy.
I want automatically once a week, to send to each of these person an email telling her what she can expect for this week. It needs to merge the 2 files and adjust format (one has the birth date as 1 field, the other has the birtdate spread in 3 fields - day, week, year-). Then it needs for each record to compare with today's date and figure how many week of pregnancy is left. Then pick the correct content text, put it in the email and send it. I can consider putting these 40 texts into sql if it helps.
It needs to be done automaticaly (windows script?). The platform is windows 2000, IIS 5 , SQL server and the website is in ASP.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed by the end of January.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

In order for script be run automatically, it is necessary to put these 40 texts AND both email lists with birthdays into sql server. I can put emails lists into SQL myself (provided that emails in each list are in the same format). The task can be done in one day.
