It suppose to work like this- 1- user enters in 7 or 8 data fields on a html form. 2- script creates a .txt file that is "." delimeted on the server. 3-script checks the date of the first record in the file and if it is older than a week- the file is emailed, backed up then deleted. 4-email is sent to the person who just signed up. The scripts are on the server, but they all dont work correctly. There is 1 modified formail script that processes the form and another one that checks the date, but they dont work together. Also there currently is no email sent to the persone who just signed up. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Special Conditions / Other: I want this done over the weekend, i dont think it should take that long at all. Coder must have some instant messenger so we can communicate and finish. That script takes a bunch of flat text files that contain various paramaters (title_bgcolor,border,bordercolor, etc.), and some html code (with some perl code in it for dynamic stuff) and renders it to the screen.. as you see.
