Description:
Our company, DialerPlatform Ltd is doing a design contest here on RAC concerning our Logo.
Guidelance :
Everyone who wants to practise into this Contest has to provide us with a sample DialerPlatfrom logo. It should be near the already finished one, as we will decide on
the following aspects
1) design - looking
2) useablilty for printing or other merchantising products
3) creativity, professionality
Remember the logo will brand our company, and all our future work depends on it.
The winner of this contest will get the bid, also a redoing of our website is planned, therefore most likely the same designer will be requested to do a such job.
BTW: We really only care for the provided demo logo. The winner gets the fixed 50 USD ... no need to bid under that value ...

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Design work needs to be as often redone till we agree to the layout.
5) Everything used within the Image must become copyrighted to us after purchasing. So if you use parts of someone else, we will refer any copyright law suites to you. -> Everything you use to create the Logo/Image must be done by you.
6) All files, like .psd files which contain all information about the logo - where future designers might can hook up, or whatever printing companies need, needs to be provided.
Platform:
Adobe Photoshop prefered.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 25, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
