Description:
I need the following site redesigned and cleaned up:
http://www.sierrabilling.com
I need this site redone and make it look good (you can see it is not a very modern, exciting site)
Need Dreamweaver template for new site (needs to be an original template not something that I can find at other sites).
Use same or similar colors.
All site information remains the same, just copy all the text from existing pages.
I have other web site design work so if you want to win this bid, submit an image or an html file of your proposed look. This will help me to decide if I want to hire you. I am looking for someone who does good work with Graphics Arts and Macromedia Products.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working web site with dreamweaver templates
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Internet Expolorer or Netscape

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi, I'm looking for long term cooperation. I'm expert in Adobe Photoshop but also work with other industrial graphic design tools (like FreeHand, Fireworks and CorelDraw), also work with some 3d programs (I attach some 3d image for example) and of course with Macromedia HomeSite -for html coding and Flash -for animation.
I'm graphic design expert and not some cheap and boring designer. I attach a design sample for you. I made it tonight for you, it is not colors like your site is but you know that is a really didn't problem to change.
Of course it is low res quality but final version will be high quality.
Of course I do site optimization and search engine submissions, optimization for IE,
Opera, Netscape...
