Description:
The requirement is for at Dating site centered arround 'match(two-way) and browse' logic. It requires a sign-up / login / email validating process / admin login screens with newletter mailout funtionality. Users will sign up then fill in a profile, decide how much of their own profile they want to share, fill in a match(what they want) profile, then process a match. They then browse the results (similar to www.m*tch.com).
There is no requirement for artwork on this project, pure white label is ok.
I would also require it to be writen in ASP with SQL(not mysql) (see platform info) - Please let me have your best price for this work.

Deliverables:
The site will be written in ASP with a backend SQL (Not MySQL) database.
The sign up process will send an email will a validating link in which the
newly registered visitor will have to click before logging in. They then
choose an Alias (friendly name), a password and enter their profile and
upload their photo.
New visitors will be able to browse and search the site for a potential love
match without the need for registering or logging in. The search process when
not registered or logged in would be a one way match process.
I.E. 'Mr Visitor A', is looking for a female, with blonde hair, blue eyes, slim and
between 5ft and 5'9 (or metric is ok). 'Mr Visitor A' is not logged in and or not
registered so the search results will only take into considerations his requirements.
On the other hand if 'Mr Visitor A' is a registered visitor and is logged in the search
results will take into consideration the requirements of the 'other party' in this case
the female he is seeking.
No contact can be made with a registered visitor by an unregistered visitor.
Registered visitors will be able to log in and view private messages left for them
by other registered visitors. They cannot reply to these messages unless they have
subscribed as a member and on trying to respond to enquiries they are prompted to pay
an annual membership of £x which will be taken via Paypal. On completion of the payment
process they will be a full member and can respond at will whilst their membership is
still valid.
An admin area will be provided to verify new visitors who have registered.
This verification of photos and description text will be a manual process.
Ideally an email using CDO will be sent to the site administrator when a
new visitor registers.
Various admin tasks will be performed via the admin screens which will
include emailing all registered visitors and editing their descriptions
and profile. There should also be the means to disable a visitor which will prevent them logging in.
Additionally there should be a stats page showing various stats on such things
as Number of registered or non validated visitors etc.
Any other features you think of would be appreciated and a good bonus will be paid for good initiative show.
Please also clarify, do you develop online so we can see the project develop and also when you deliver how you would normally do this (i.e. send a zip file?).
How quickly can you deliver this solution.
Lastly I would like to say that we are a very busy web design company in the UK and have never used the rentacoder service before, hopefully we won't be disappointed and will form strong alliances with reliable resources the world over.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
No conditions! We reserve the right to rebrand and use where ever and as often as we feel fit. No credit will be asscociated with the originator.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
