Whilst you do not need to understand the rules of the game, you do need to understand how a draw is generated. I believe this can be done using the VB random number generator. I am working with Microsoft Visual Studio - Visual Basic 6. If the program is designed using a database, it would need to be Access 2000. Because I am running short on time and have family responsibilities, a full program would be appreciated if the cost is reasonable. Alternatively, just the first half of the program dealing with the draw and order of play would suffice. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as well as complete source code of all work done, from which I can make an executable program. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
