Description:
PayPal Payment/ Delivery manager -downloads IPN verifacation sent to you by paypal and processes them according to their subject. Using this tool you can automate your delivery process by letting the program send emails and attachments to your customers according to your wishes.
Customer would order product useing PayPal, then PayPal issues there (Item # 37434734 - Notification of an istant payment prurchase recieved)message. app needs to be able to download the message and then based on the product # given in the subject line issue a Thank you letter with an attachment of the product they ordered. This would need to be able to be used with more than one product. This would help to avoid customer problems because they did not click the continue button or because the page did not load properly. The product they ordered would be sent directly to them automatically.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
