Description:
I have web designers who are very busy on many other projects and I would like to bring one new designer on board to do this and many other projects for me.
The site I am building will include screen savers, wallpaper, games and various other little applications that people can download and install. Your job will be to coordinate all of it, link to things correctly, set up tracking, etc.
You should be familiar with Linux based servers since that is what you will be working with, as well as mysql databases. Here is a site that can give you an idea about where we will start as far as design, but it will progress far beyond this very quickly. I need the person to be able to work during my regular business hours (9am to 5pm PST) so that we can communicate easily via email and instant message. So you overseas bidders will need to work some late (or early) hours over there if you want this job. I've had too many delays with previous designers and progammers where we can only exchange an email or two per day due to the time difference. This is quite important to me. But if you are good, I will give you more work than you know what to do with.
This will be a short bidding process as I would like to get this going as quickly as possible and I know there are some fantastic designer/programmers in here.
*IMPORTANT* Please quote me your HOURLY rate, as that is how I will be paying you on future projects after this one is complete.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I will need daily reports. Designer must be very good, fast and creative. They will also be helping me find content online, so they should be crafty at using search engines.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
