Description:
I am looking for a script to run on my own domain. I want this script to be a URL rotator, and it MUST rotate in a sequential order. It would be preferable if the script read the required URL's from a data file.
This is for a co-op advertising project, so the script will need to be flexable in the number of url's it can handle. some months it may only need to have 10 URL's, other months possible thousands.
Will consider instillation assistance as a "side" item, and will work with selected coder to impliment.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Webbased. The Hosting company for where this script will be installed will be http://www.burlee.com/webhosting/
All specs should be there.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 10, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

This task is a very quick and simple one to code in PHP.
Would you prefer that the URLs be read from a file (ie text file), or from a MySQL database?
Also do you require admin control panel to add/remove/alter URLs or are you happy using Notepad (for text files) or phpMyAdmin (for MySQL).
You can look at my past rantings to see that I'm skilled enough to carry out this task, and I should be able to complete within a few hours of a accepted bid.
