Simple application to generate a configuration file based on user inputs or choices
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Hi Klint,
I'm glad I got those specs! The PocketPC connectivity adds a whole new level of complexity to this project, so I've deleted my original bid.
While PocketPC connectivity is within my skill set, I don't own one and cannot do testing and development for that reason. I apologize for the inconvenience!
On a side note, if you have a spare PocketPC with the software in question on it, and can let me borrow it for the duration (approx. 2 weeks with all these features), I would still be interested in working with you on this project. The quote above covers this approach.
