Hello,
First let me state clearly that I am not an attorney. I have however, studied Business & Contract Law in the US (University requirements). I am a freelance programmer and English Teacher (English as a Foreign Language). I have 15 years experience both in programming and writing software related contracts. I reviewed your Terms of Use and found a number of grammatical as well as ambiguous errors that may/may not affect the enforceability of the contract in the US. I also have several suggestions for re-wording the contract. If you are interested please accept my bid above. Meanwhile, if you have a moment, please review my online resume and client comments regarding my performance.
Best Regards,
Michael Sharp
