The problem is it uses outlook or outlook express as the client. These programs detect that a third party program is sending the message and ask for confirmation. This means that someone has to be there to press ok. There are also other problems. We need a simple program that will send an email directly without using another client. We will then incorporate the code in our program. For the purpose of testing we want to be able to enter a subject, an email address, body, sender, smtp server details and press send. The program must run on any windows version and with any connection type - it can use the standard connection method that the pc uses ie dial up or broadband. All we want to do is install the program fill in the boxes and see the email go. It does not have to look good, just work. We will strip out the code we need so the simpler the better. The code should be tidy and well commented. The deadline is for completeion including testing. I am not always on line so the coder must be prepared to work very quickly and may have to wait a couple of days for me to get back to them. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. If you have an smtp service available, then it will be very straightforward and I will be able to complete this within a few hours. I did not see a specification of language for the code.
