I want an object that I can specify - a search string - a minimum rating - if you want to invite unrated coders - project number for rent a coder. This program needs to be able to post the http gets to run the query, loop through all of the answers and all of the pages and send an invite to each coder that meets the minimum rating standards. This is a simple project for someone who knows how to write http calls. To see what the HTTP conversation is going to be like, - create a new project on rentacoder (this is not part of the project) - search coders (for instance all people who list delphi and sql server) - click on a coder - click invite - select project to invite them onto (which is your project) (this will be done for all coders on all pages that get returned) This project includes a year of maintanance (if the page structure changes in a year and the http calls neeed to be rewritten). Along with a .NET (c# perfered) component, a simple user interface ( 3 text fields, one check box, one button and a status report text area) application needs to be provided. The object should send back an output log of the coders that were invited and the statistics. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
