Description:
A e-com PHP/SQL lottery system which sells electronic tickets, collects registrants demographics in a searchable database, and randomly assigns a definable number of winners on a variable date from a control panel.
A remote version of this lottery must be produced to run in FoxServ on a laptop. This version is identical to the web based registration system with the following exceptions:
1. Cannot award winner
2. Assigns unique id numbers (to avoid conflicts).
3. uploads new entries to the web database when connected to the internet.
4. Will use a card swiper to collect CIH transactions.
Very quick turn time on this project due to default of a previous contractor at a late date. Product delivery must be made by January 19, 2002.
Clarification/Amendment: This system will need an Admin functionality which will allow for the creation of multiple different lotteries. It is not a "single use" lottery system.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Linux RedHat - Apache Web Server & FoxServ for remote system.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
An additional award of $50.00 per day will be paid, for each day the system is delivered prior to the 01/19/2003 deadline.
