I have a few questions first: I plan to do this in PHP, it says your host supports this, so I guess this is ok? Does your excel sheet have any calculations done on it? I can't seem to find any if so. On the data page, should the columns C and K be the only thing that can change? And then the number in the square brackets should reflect the change? When the email is sent to you, do you require the data to appear in the same layout as it was on the web site, or some special formatting/layout? If you can answer the above questions I can put a simple bid of around $30. I will then get to work and promise you a completed script within a day.
