Both products are relatively simple coding. The gui's need a tiny bit of polishing, the code needs a quick review to ensure no major flaws, any code that creates/reads/modifies registry entries need to be changed to create the registry entry in "hklm->software->our company->product name" instead of in the the miscellaneous places that they currently seem to be. Additionally, our initial registration/serial number method is a bit too complex and requires a dll to be installed. We need code to be created and added to each project that simply decodes an email address and serial/key to make sure that the user has a valid "license" to the product. Finally, we need a simple command line c program that given an e-mail address spits out the corresponding serial key (reference above) that will unlock the software. We must be able to compile this little piece of software on both windows and unix machines. Time is very important. We would like to have this completed before the new year if possible. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Detailed description of what registry entries must be made, what dll's, ocx's and exe's need to be installed for each project and where they must be installed so that we can create our own installshield scripts. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Changing the registry key entries is very easy for me to do in VB & C. Adding a serial key method which is the same in VB & C shouldn't be too much of a hassle and creating a unix/windows command tool will be no problem since I learnt my C originally on a unix environment. Also if you read my past ranting you will find that I'm a fast coder so I can happily roll these apps out to you before the New Year. Just a quick note was the C++ app written in Visual C++ 6?
