Description:
I am looking for another PHP programmer to assist in completing a PHP CMS system. As most of the code is complete, there is not much work left to do! Only a little more code and testing.

The sort of help I am looking for is someone with strong JavaScript and PHP coding knowledge. Also some knowledge on website security would be useful.
The CMS program has been written in PHP and JavaScript.. I didnt use a back-end database, as I am hoping to sell the software as an "add-on" to existing sites. This is not a site builder, only a site updater.
The ultimate goal of the software is for users to buy it, and upload the files to their server. Then they can immediately start to edit their files.
In summary:
I need help with completing the project, as I am too busy to complete it alone. For the remaining part of the project the coder will work alone, getting advice/suggestions daily.
Payment will be given on completion of the code and testing. The product must be in a finished state and ready to sell.
I would like the coder who assists with this project to carry on the relationship and help to build the website to actually sell the product, and to support the product with myself for users. The coder would then receive a percentage of each sale from the editor as payment.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program (ready to sell) as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
As the editor uses Microsoft ExecCommand, it must run on Windows and Internet Explorer 5.5+
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 1, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

| Hi Matt, This looks like a very interesting project, it surely got my attention. Could you clarify a little bit what really needs to be finished? Also, is the payment made solely as a percentage of each sale or does it consist of a base payment + percentage of sales?
