We need a professional unique, very modern looking (with a little bit of flash) website to attract customers. Simplicity of site organization is a must. The design should be similar to modernbill.com (even though it's a different field, but we like the design). More specification will be given upon accepting the bid. Easy editable (by us in the future) is a plus too. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
