Description:
This project is for someone proficient in Linux preferably Debian or LindowsOS.
My goal is to learn Linux well enough to teach it to others.
I need someone to be able to answer questions that I provide, in such a way that it is understandable. In other words "Geek it Down"
This will be an on going project.
The first phase will be all about getting started, configuring the desktop, how to find stuff on my system, How to work with files etc...
I will provide all of the questions you will simply answer them and add anything else you may find helpful.
I know that there are plenty of forums to ask these type of newbie questions, however I'm just tired of the RTFM replys and I have alot of questions.
In placing your bid, take these things into consideration.
There will be lots of questions.
This is an ongoing project.
I am open on how to price this project.
By phases. By questions asked.
By time (week or month)
If this sounds like something you would like to work on please contact me and we will iron out any remaining questions.
Thank You for your time W.Pete Curry

Hello,
I am a highly experienced Unix
guru eager to introduce you to
Linux.
The bulk of my career has been
in education. I mentor junior
programmers. Study my RaC
reviews for my desire to teach
and ability to communicate
patiently.
I highly endorse your approach
to ask questions as you
investigate the system.
You'll gain knowledge as it
becomes relevant to you.
My fee for general consultations
is $10/hr. My bid allows for
10 hours questions and answers.
We can assess your progress after
that budget is exhausted.
