For the design, we would like to have a very modern-looking website (avant-guard ideas accepted too!), colorful (no dull grey designs) but professional, and with an XP look if possible, for the icons and pictures. The design must look clean but not empty. As you can see, the current website has frames, but design without frames is acceptable and even encouraged. Feel free to do something totally different from what it is now, except that the content and categories have to be kept. You can use DHTML if you want to, but please do *not* use Flash. NOTE: I would very much appreciate if you could include a quick sketch of what you'll intend to do for the redesign, take a screenshot of it, and attach it to your bid - due to the number of bids I'll have, I *cannot* choose a coder if I don't see what he intends to do.
