Th Student will login and give His request Time... He will then be give the choice of instructors that are assigned to him in the database that are available in the requested time slot. Then he will be give the choice of airplanes that are associated wil both him and the request pilot. He will be given a screen that vrifies his choice and displays an price based on the hourly rates of the plane and the instructor. On his confirmation his account in the database will be charged the given amount. Ther will also need to be a screen that displays the schedule of the plane/intructor. The user must also be able to view his history and account balance and pay the balance with a credit card. The Pilot will need to be able to login and check his schedule, a summary/detail of his billable hours and to enter his available times. An admin login will be needed to set up plane shcedules and enter payments made by custumers outside the system. I prefer Microsoft interdev, mysql and IIS...
